본 서비스는 고객님의 지원 요청에 따라 상담원이 직접 고객님의 PC에 접속하여 문제를 해결해드리는 서비스입니다.
먼저 고객지원센터로 전화하신 후 상담원의 안내에 따라 해당 아이콘을 클릭해 주십시오.
사용방법
1. 화면 중간에 "실행파일접속"을 누른후 실행을 눌러주세요
2. 실행후 파란색 숫자 1,2,3, 중 상담원이 이야기 하는 숫자를 눌러 주세요

2. Click and install the Add-on driver.

3. Go ahead and close the window all together. When prompted by a Promise staff member, click on the same button (with the globe surrounded by computers’ icon) and the page that loads
4. Click on the button, either “1” “2” or “3”, whichever is highlighted in blue. This will initiate the remote desktop sharing program.
